libghc-asn1-encoding-dev software package provides ASN1 data reader/writer in RAW, BER, and DER forms, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-asn1-encoding-dev
libghc-asn1-encoding-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-asn1-encoding-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-asn1-encoding-dev *
You will get with libghc-asn1-encoding-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
